Given my fascination with all things Noah, rainbows and the deluge, today's image from Anti-heroes seems right on target. Remember all the Armstrong synchs from June. Lance Armstrong is on the cover of Outside magazine with this piquant quote: "Pardon my French, but !@#$ them."
Lance is another euphemism for male genitalia, and he is obviously saying "fuck them". !@#$ is 1234 on the keyboard, which is the first time I've considered that fuck = 1234. Jeff Fairhall said that FUCK was the name of G*D - the true tetragrammaton - the ultimate four letter word.
My dad was a master at "shooting the moon" - a daring play in the game of hearts (AKA Black Lady, Black Maria, etc).
