Fleeing Egypt

Last weekend the NYT's "Minimalist" Mark Bittman showed us how to make matzo (unleavened bread) while giving us a quick bible lesson about why flatbread was important to the Jews as they fled Egypt. Coincidentally, Pharaoh arrived in NYC this weekend.

 Maybe keep a box of granola in the trunk?
