The Greatest Love of All

"Houston, we have a problem..."

Everything about the tragic death of Whitney Houston has already been written, consider this a gay addendum.
The exact truth behind Whitney's relationship with Robyn Crawford still seems to be radioactive, with the press only covering claims made by British gay militant Peter Tatchell (reduced to recycling made-up quotes attributed to Jaz Coleman back in the 80s before Whitney died) that Whitney's sham marriage to Bobby Brown was the beginning of her long, ugly downfall. For her part, Crawford wrote a heart-rending open letter that detailed her history with Whitney without addressing the exact nature of their relationship. ~The Secret Sun
E tu, Whitney? We might consider Bobby to represent the brutal fist of a cultural zeitgeist - the moral dogma that collects the bones of talented spirits like trophy wives. It was BOB that killed Laura Palmer.

Whitney Houston entered the underworld on 2/11, three days before Valentine's Day, which is the national celebration of the "greatest love of all". Hallmark, and before that, the Catholic Church, turned the God of Eros, the root and offspring of Jesse, the fire of the kundalini,  into a harmless cherub. Talk about infantilizing, or castrating. Oh yeah, they did that. As I like to say... the Hierophant is the enemy of Eros. The Church hates anything that might conceivably result in an actual experience of unity with the divine because well... obviously then we don't need the middle man. Peter is out of a job, the keys are given away.

FATIMA, Portugal — Pope Benedict XVI on Thursday called abortion and same-sex marriage some of the most "insidious and dangerous" threats facing the world today, asserting key church teachings as he tried to move beyond the clerical abuse scandal. ~Pope Benedict XVI: Gay Marriage Is 'Insidious And Dangerous'
Moving beyond the pot calling the kettle black, do we sense an underlying panic? Ever since the Best In Show Sirius Radio dream, I've paid even more attention to the dog gods, so it was particularly interesting that the Westminster Kennel Club finals were held on Feb. 14 - Valentines Day. So who was Eros' best in show? A little power puff Pekingese named Malachy.

The Prophecy of the Popes, attributed to Saint Malachy, is a list of 112 short phrases in Latin. They purport to describe each of the Roman Catholic popes (along with a few anti-popes), beginning with Pope Celestine II (elected in 1143) and concluding with the successor of current pope Benedict XVI, a pope described in the prophecy as "Peter the Roman", whose pontificate will end in the destruction of the city of Rome. ~wikipedia
Sigh. Not a Doberman named Malachy or a Great Dane named Malachy, but an insipid little tribble named Malachy. The Pope must be chuckling at that, but the Lord works in mysterious ways. The trouble with tribbles is that they (we) are born pregnant. Birth control be damned.

I think that when the Hierophant is finally taken down, there will be some of us wearing Whitney Houston badges, a testament to the greatest love of all.

A Visible Sign

Heritage Hall, the former Christian Science Church, was built in 1922. It now houses the Heritage Hall Resource Center, which is operated by the Kirkland Heritage Society. Overlooking Heritage Park and Lake Washington, this classic Greek revival architectural style building is fully restored to its original 1920’s design.
Oliver the terrier and I walk around this building about once a month, more in the summer. With it's lovely outdoor veranda and gardens, it's popular for weddings. As seen from space, we can see that the grounds of Heritage Hall are laid out with geometric precision. This geometry is a sign that Freemasons were involved in the planning. Let's lay it out, shall we?

This Masonic square and compasses is an emblem of the fraternity. In fact, the Square and Compasses is trademark protected by the fraternity.

For centuries, the square and compasses have represented the fraternity of Freemasonry. It is an emblem because its only meaning is that it represents the fraternity.

When you view it, you would not confuse it with representing any other entity other than Freemasonry. It represents an abstract idea, (that of a group of people who conform to specific beliefs.)

When you see the image of the 2 symbols (the Masonic square and compasses) in this configuration, together, they emblemize the fraternity. They are a visible "sign" of the fraternity. ~Masonic Lodge of Education

Sirius Radio

Var and I watched Best In Show on New Years Eve. It's a 'mocumentary' about the fictional Mayflower Kennel Club Dog Show in Philadelphia ("where the dogs are the stars"), the winning pooch is a Norwich Terrier named Winky.

Christopher Guest's character is Harlan Pepper, a good ol' southern boy who is showing Hubert, the bloodhound. He talks about how Hubert is telepathic, and later we see Harlan taking up ventriloquism, the art of "throwing your voice". We see Harlan explaining the ancient roots of ventriloquism with an Egyptian hieroglyph showing an Egyptian holding an Egyptian "dummy". Harlan is a shitty ventriloquist - we can see his lips move.

Osiris is an Egyptian god, who is associated with Sirius - the dog star. Some say Osiris was an alien, and aliens are usually telepathic. I began musing about telepathic messages from the gods of Sirius, delivered through the medium of our subconscious - dreams and visions. P. K. Dick called it VALIS, and likened it to telepathic communication from an orbiting satellite. I began thinking of the moon as the satellite dish of Sirius - a transmitter - that's no moon...

I had all these ideas and odd dreams that night, about getting a message from Sirius. I saw an image of an Egyptian god for a few seconds - very clearly. Just as that idea comes into my head, Oliver the Oz-tralian terrier jumps off the bed and pukes on the carpet? So... I remember it, because Oliver woke me up right then, delivering his "message".

And this is where it gets kind of weird. Next day, new years day, we are walking the dogs down by the lake, by a parking lot, and this woman and her husband comes rushing out of their BMW to inquire all about our dogs, gushing about how cute they are: "What breed are they? Who's your vet? Do you know a good dog sitter?" So it turns out she's a recent import from PHILADELPHIA, and the reason she is asking all these questions is because she's soon to be getting a NORWICH TERRIER that she calls her new 'baby', and she wants everything to be prepared for its imminent arrival!?

Driving back home, we follow another BMW with MFALCON plates. That would be the Millennium Falcon, or the Aeon of Horus. Sometimes, I can see your lips moving, Osiris.

NOTES:

Alan (the Green Man) at Happy Creatures has been having Sirius syncs too.

Hubert is a Germanic given name, from hug "mind" and beraht "bright". It also occurs as a surname, possibly derived from "Houber's son" or "(son) of Heber" or simply "Heberite".

The Millennium Falcon sports a large and prominent, quite vulnerable, reflector dish. Long-time readers of this blog already know my opinion on what is the true "reflector dish". The Falcon is piloted by Han(d) Solo, for a reason.

Happy 2012

Well, ladies and gents, the big year is finally upon us! The one we’ve all been waiting for, the year we all incarnated for. The End of Time, Apocalypse, Galactic Alignment, Star Gate, Second Coming, call it what you will.

I have no idea how things will play out, but personally I think we’re in for a really big show. The Forbidden Planet is open for business - make all your dreams come true. Sit back and enjoy the ride, or take an active part in the global play - its up to you. The only option you don’t have is changing the channel.

The Cemetry Gates

I once had a crush on a guy, he gave me a cassette of Morrissey instead. It included Cemetry Gates:
A dreaded sunny day
so I meet you at the cemetery gates
Keats and Yeats are on yours side

A dreaded sunny day
so I meet you at the cemetery gates
Keats and Yeats are on yours side
While Wilde is on mine
Instead of a suite in the Paris Hotel, I got a ticket to the underworld.

Space Balls

Today is either Winter Solstice or the day after, and it’s been a personal best for absolutely gorgeous syncs. I won’t bore you with most of them because they are all so personal each one takes way too much backstory to even explain, so just forget it. But one sync is special... Santa Seed.

We walk the dogs by a house that serves up a sort of “Candy Cane Lane” Christmas decoration. It’s all handmade and really fabulous, compared to the inflatable snowmen, robotic reindeer and LCD Christmas lights that now blight the land. I found this little sign: Santa Seeds.

Santa is yet another version of the divine creative force - his gifts are contained in his “sack” and he “cums" down the chimney “shaft” to deliver them. The traditions of Christmas are full of coy sexuality, from the candy canes to mistletoe to “I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus”. Homoerotic art pretty much expresses the true meaning of the season: the spirit of life, growth, and rebirth.

Santa’s “seed” is the gift of life itself. I have to say that living on a planet with some kind of death wish, that’s a Christmas card I can use right now. It’s curious that today, the media reports a strange metal orb landing in Africa:
WINDHOEK — A large metallic ball fell out of the sky on a remote grassland in Namibia, prompting baffled authorities to contact NASA and the European space agency. The hollow ball with a circumference of 1.1 metres (43 inches) was found near a village in the north of the country some 750 kilometres (480 miles) from the capital Windhoek, according to police forensics director Paul Ludik. Locals had heard several small explosions a few days beforehand, he said. With a diameter of 35 centimetres (14 inches), the ball has a rough surface and appears to consist of "two halves welded together". It was made of a "metal alloy known to man" and weighed six kilogrammes (13 pounds), said Ludik.

It’s an acorn, obviously - a metallic “seed”. Perhaps, the ID invasion has at last begun. Christ, I sound like Chicken Little. According to Disney, Chicken Little was about an alien invasion from acorn loving aliens. I sort of cut my sync teeth on that movie: One Little Slip.

I like how the media says it’s made from a “metal alloy known to man”. Yup. Relax, haul it in for investigation. Probably Chinese, look at the shitty welding. Check it out, open up that hollow interior. Trojan Horse, anyone?

Looking back at the movie poster, I see Chicken Little's "tail feather" is a stalk of corn. Osiris, planting his seed. What a gay movie.

I dunno. maybe... this will be the Christmas to re-member. Merry Xmas all, and to all a good night!
