The Pour Knights Part II

Holy Grail syncs continue…

Out of the blue, Var asked me about the Knights Templar. I gave him a brief rundown: red cross, crusaders, stables of Solomon’s temple, discovery of Holy Grail, etc.

Next morning I was on Sailing Anarchy getting the latest sailing news and the top story was about the New Zealand yacht CRUSADER in the Transpac.

However, the next story down, Lost and Found, gave me chills:

In 2005, I participated in the Transpac on the TP52 Braveheart. About 250 mile from Honolulu, during a night time gybe, fellow crew member Brian Huse lost the jockey pole overboard. I was next to him by the mast when it happened. This summer, I took a camping trip with a friend exploring and beach combing the west coast of Vancouver Isl.
While on Lanz Isl (part of the Scott Island group off the NW tip of Vancouver Island), I spotted something among the logs and driftwood. The Southern Spars logo was unmistakable! A bit of prying and digging and I was able to pull out a carbon fibre pole. “Funny”, I thought, “Brian lost one like this years ago”
When I returned, I told Brian the story. He contacted Paul Snape at Southern Spars in New Zealand and was able to find the original CAD drawing for Braveheart’s Jockey Pole. It is an exact match. 2500 miles and 10 years later found by crew of the same boat! – Anarchist hamish.

This story is chock full of Scottish syncs:

“Braveheart” - the 1995 epic historical medieval war drama film directed by and starring Mel Gibson. Gibson portrays William Wallace, a 13th-century Scottish warrior who led the Scots in the First War of Scottish Independence against King Edward I of England.

Lanz Island, part of the Scott Island group off the NW tip of Vancouver Island

Hamish: a masculine given name in English. It is the Anglicised form of the vocative case of the Scottish Gaelic Seumas: Sheumais. The Scottish Gaelic Seumas is the equivalent to the English James. In English the meaning of the name Hamish is supplant, replace.

Great Scott!

Jockey pole found!

But the fascinating thing is that this discovery of a lost carbon fiber pole (the “Grail” or perhaps the lost phallus of Osiris) follows the Grail pattern outlined by Wayne Herschel at The Hidden Records, of a larger island pointing to a smaller island. See XXX - I love you - Isis.

Update:

Last night we had some kin over for dinner. First off, my cousin mentions Monty Python & the Holy Grail, and then The Life of Brian. Brian, we note, is the hapless Jesus character in the Monty Python mythos. Brian/Jesus lost the "jockey pole", but Hamish/Knights Templar found it.

Something is up. The poor knights of the temple are stirring.
