The primordial source of all our religions lies with the ancestors of the Dogon tribe, who got their cosmogony and cosmology directly from the three-eyed invaders who visited long ago. The three-eyed invaders are mute and deaf and telepathic, could not breathe our atmosphere, had the elongated misshapen skull of Ikhnaton, and emanated from a planet in the star system Sirius. Although they had no hands, but had, instead, pincer claws such as a crab has, they were great builders. They covertly influence our history toward a fruitful end. ~P.K. Dick
Continuing on our little "Starship and the Canoe" quest, my mom made up this fabulous Fourth of July centerpiece this year. I'll call it the Dogon Solar Sirius Celebration.
Hey all, just a quick gulp of air and then Ahab is going down for another stab at the whale. I've been hanging out in the octopus' garden for a while now, plumbing the depths of the subconscious.
It sorta all started when the mysterious seals began showing up on the raft in front of my mom's cabin on Hood Canal. They've never done that before, I began to think of them as my "Seal Team" - the surfacing of my subconscious into real life.
Have you seen American Warships? It's the shitty Netflix version of Battleship, yet another alien invasion story, except this time the aliens command stealth submarines that take out the mighty U.S. Navy. On a sync level it makes perfect sense, the aliens are "monsters from the Id", "hiding" in the subconscious. In American Warship, the brave Seal Team discovers the secret of the submarine's "alien" origins.
I watched Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea last week, with Captain Nemo (no one, no ego) playing the part of the avenging subconscious - the "sea monster". He rams the American warship "Abraham Lincoln". I figured that was a fairly blatant King Kill 33 sync. Nemo sank my ego!
Later, we see that Nemo's secret base is built under mysterious Lincoln Island, or in other words, a murdered president is the secret base of Captain Nemo, or in other words, a murdered ego is the secret base of the Id!
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stars in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, which I like because A) I could watch his pecs bounce all day and B) he was also Mathayus (the Scorpion King) in The Mummy Returns.
As we all know by now, Osiris is the god of the sun, who is murdered by Set (sunset), but who then rises again in the form of Horus - the rising sun/son. Like a physical representation of resurrection, the pyramids represent a "mysterious island" of consciousness, rising above the chaotic sands of the subconscious desert.
After nine days, I let the horse run free,
'Cause the desert had turned to sea.
There were plants and birds, and rocks and things,
There was sand and hills and rings.
The ocean is a desert, with its life underground,
And a perfect disguise above.
Under the cities lies, a heart made of ground,
But the humans will give no love.
"The desert is an ocean with its life underground"
A Horse With No Name ~America
A horse with Nemo.
Back to the pyramids, I decided to watch my favorite Bond film last week: The Spy Who Loved Me. It features pyramids, submarines, Atlantis, Major Triple X and a murderer named "Jaws". We first meet Jaws on the plains of Giza and it's fairly obvious that he is the reincarnation of some dark Egyptian deity.
In the myth of Kamalo and the shark god, Kauhuhu plays the part of the subconscious avenger. As it happens, my copy of Mako Finn arrived a few days ago, and he's a sort of comic book homoerotic protector and avenger of sharks. He comes upon a reincarnated Megalodon. While the scientific name is C. megalodon, it is often informally dubbed the "megatooth shark", "giant white shark" or "monster shark".
Mr. Big Tooth
Megalodon - pointing at...
Now, hmmm. What does this giant, triangular tooth remind me of? Maybe a pyramid, or more precisely, the lost, or broken, cap.
Jake, the Martian fragment
Jules Verne's Mysterious Island was in part inspired by the Swiss Family Robinson, who are "castaways". Osiris was cut up into 14 pieces, and cast away into the Nile. Isis found all the pieces but one. The fourteenth piece, the lost cap, I have a feeling that only Set knows where he tossed it. He, and the BBC. Check the measurement on mega tooth, above.
“REPEAT” is a sync gaining in ground, or maybe I should say "répétez-vous". Noticed a black rubber arm band on the grounds of Ben Franklin Elementary yesterday that Var pointed to and said “Look, we’ve found the ring!” It had a fleur de lis and the words “REPEAT DAT” printed on it in yellow, and the date of Feb 6, 2011. Wonderfully mysterious, non?
Embedded a Quicktime movie into a website today. (note the “tin/male/mars” symbol embedded into the smerfy logo) You have to repeat all the parameters twice. Of course, going BACK to the future is a repeating meme around here.
----------------------
Brian (old frat bro) friends me on Facebook. He now lives in New Orleans, emblem is the fleur de lis. Note the hornet or “bee” embedded into the New Orleans Hornets logo.
Var brings home Aqua Panna mineral water today, when I looked at the logo after all these fleur de lis synchs it was a WTF? moment.
Fleur de Lis synchs with France, the royal bloodline or sangreal, the Holy Grail, Napoleon, Nemo, bees, and honey. (not going to do the back story on all that)
“Honey” is occult bible speak for semen - “the Land of milk and honey”.
Greek Gods brand Hermes Yogurt... honey flavored.
Note: I’ve decided that I’m like the father character in “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” who can always find the Greek root of any word, even "Kimono". I find the penis in every myth. What can I say? I’m a fag. You expected otherwise?
I’ve lately been reading about the grave consequences of renaming a boat without seeking the proper blessings of the deities involved. The ancient mariners believed that sailing vessels actually contained souls, and were thusly treated with similar rituals and respect. And we all know that the “Christening” is a ritual that goes way back. Your name is important. It just is.
Which made me think.... (uh-oh) It occurred to me that Var and I may have committed a similar sin with Ginger, our little rescue terrier. You see, we renamed her. And in blind ignorance of the fates, we may have committed a serious error in the eyes of the Gods who look after little terriers. We never “denamed” her. So now Ginger has two names, one reflecting her prior, unhappy state of affairs, and her new one. She does seem to have a split personality, and Ginger sent Varen to the hospital a few years ago with a vicious bite on the hand. Was this perhaps the result of an Akashic bookkeeping error? Perhaps the Gods need to be kept in the loop.
So I’d like to set the record straight, and conduct a proper renaming ritual for the terrier now known as Ginger. According to John Vigor, such a ceremony should consist of five parts: an invocation, an expression of gratitude, a supplication, a rededication and a libation.
1. Invocation - for sailing vessels, the Gods involved are obviously Neptune and Aeolus, but for dogs... I’m not sure. Canis Minor is commonly represented as one of the dogs following the constellation of Orion, the hunter. Ging is definitely a hunter, and also small. So perhaps Orion? She is also a terrier, which means “going to ground”, or “earth”, so perhaps Gaia needs to be CC’d on this? I’d love to hear opinions on this.
2. Expression of Gratitude - Mostly thanks for keeping Ging safe, and also for Varen, since the hand wound was able to be cured.
3. Supplication - according to Vigor, we should have asked for the previous name to be struck and removed from the records before we renamed her. Oops! Well, maybe better late than never. We unfortunately don’t know her previous name, so that will require the Akashic record librarians to conduct a card catalogue search. How long should we allow for that?
4. Rededication - present the vessel for blessing with another name.
5. Seal the pact with a libation. With boats, this is champagne (the finest you can afford) poured over the bow. All of it, don’t take a sip. And this is where I hit on a bit of a conundrum. Because if this is an offering to Orion, then he’s going to want red meat... and we’re vegetarian.
At first, this was a bit of a problem, but I realized that I already purchase meat dog food for the dogs. And I recall the story of Cain offering a displeasing sacrifice... So I think that maybe this time, Orion will be getting red meat. After all, I don’t need to eat it. And in a funny way, I’m sacrificing something too... my vegetarian principles.
So here’s a question of etiquette: Should Ging eat the red meat, or should it be offered only to the Gods? I see that in religious tradition, the first offering is to the Divine, and then the people can chow down. So maybe the first meat goes to Orion, but then Ginger gets hers? I think she’d bite me if I didn’t give her a taste.
What? Me a practicing Witch Doctor? I got my license online.
I’m still processing my Easter Service experience, which is looking more and more like black voodoo magic! (And I say that with respect to voodoo practitioners - it actually makes the church much cooler IMHO) This is basically what happened:
1. The Congregation, lead by the Pastor, collectively prayed for (conjured up) an alternative reality (peace, justice, the usual).
2. This focused collective will caused an alternate reality to form in another dimension.
3. Then he invokes Christ, (the collective ego) ritually slaying the congregation via a surrogate (voodoo doll).
4. Then we perform Communion, where we ritually eat the body and blood of the lamb - a sin eating ritual - and the bridge from one dimension to another.
5. And finally we get the Benediction, where we are “born again” into the new reality. The Undead of Christ!
God, no wonder the Christians burned all the witches, they wanted a monopoly on the Witch Doctor franchise!
I suppose that would make a church a kind of stargate, or TARDIS. Or flying haunted mansion if you belong to the Church of Rocky Horror. Actually, my favorite is the time warp castle of Count Duckula, the vegetarian vampire. Show us your palms, Green Man.
Does it work? Well... maybe a little, but not so much. Actual trans-dimensional travel requires a bit more voltage than grape juice and a stylish Easter bonnet. However, in theory....
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. --John 14:2
But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. --Matthew 6:20-21

Those who know me know that I have a serious streak of perfectionism. Not in all things, but in certain things. Like boats or websites - every pixel must be spot on. It tends to eventually drive me crazy, that search for perfection, because this mortal world is designed to never allow it. Even the most perfect boat, program, man or plan... has some kind of flaw. Even the new James T. Kirk, Chris Pine, the personification of Dionysus - has bad skin!
Nothing is ever the way it really should be, nothing ever makes the perfection grade.
Which used to give me a bit of anxiety, because God seemed to be all about “perfection”, kinda like the Borg Queen. 7 of 9 was always seeking “perfection” - that sinless, zero point that no actual reality number can ever reach. Because as soon as you’re perfect, you’re dead. Like an Archon - never changing, never evolving.
I guess it took a Groundhog Day to bring that home. That, and a pizza. The Pizza Olympiad!
Here we see the perfect, iconic pizza of the Olympian Gods, and next to it, the 3D reality. Not exactly perfect. But I can’t eat the cardboard box, and when I DO eat the pizza, it’s still pretty damn good. So I’m learning to live in a less than perfect world. Ye immortal/dead gods, let them eat cardboard!
Some Mormon missionary boys came by the house yesterday, inquiring into my “walk with the Lord”. The terriers were over-the-top yappie, which gave a great excuse to bugger off, never mind that they weren’t even cute. Though I almost DID want to chat, mostly about last year’s discoveries about the entheogenic origins of the LDS (nice synch with LSD, btw).
And how that linked Joseph Smith to the Gnostics and back even further to the Dionysus Mystery cults, and also to the Shamanic pharmacological tradition in the New World, from which Joe got his start. I’m sure they would have loved it! But I thought better of it. Before they left, they handed me their pamphlet:
“The Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ”
I figure Joe was on the right track, but his visions were quickly subverted by the usual suspects. However, his thesis was correct - the Christ, the magic mushroom of Cosmic Consciousness, visited the New World as well as the old. The Gospel means “Good News”, and it dawns on me that the early gospel was most likely “literally” an entheogenic plant - a plant that opens the pineal gland stargate. Perhaps the commandment to spread the Gospel was a commandment to spread the mushroom spore?
Here’s a pic of from the same Mormon pamphlet, with Joe being anointed into the Melchizedek Priesthood by the Apostles Peter, James and John. Might not these Apostles be representing three entheogenic plants? Three “kings”? Curiously, Joseph Smith incorporated Amanita Muscaria, Peyota and Datura into his “worship”.
No story of Christ’s birth is complete without the three Magi and their three gifts: gold, frankincense and myrrh. Is it possible that these three precious “spices” represent the substances one must ingest in order to meet the “three wise men”?
Jeff Fairhall was convinced that the true sacrament was a blend of three entheogens. Coincidentally, Var’s miracle-working anti-viral pills are Norvir, Reyataz and Truvada - the “Holy Trinity” according to Richard, our social worker.
To me, the "Restoration of the Gospel" is the restoration of plant entheogens to their rightful place - the Gate of Heaven - the Crown of Enlightenment.
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. --Rev 3:11
Judge Bardwell doesn't like the idea of "crossbred" children - he's anti-hybrid. Probably doesn't drive a Prius either. Which takes us straight away into the story of Noah and the Nephilim - those sneaky Sons of God/Angels who were interbreeding with human females - creating hybrid human/gods!
The synthesis of UFO conspiracy theory and Religious Fundamentalism is the idea that our modern UFO's are the old Nephilim, come back to finish what they began all those years before - a hybrid alien/human race. You can find plenty of conspiranoid ravings about the good god Enki who tried to help the slave primates rebel against their(our) masters (via genetic engineering), and you can also find plenty of ravings that cast Enki in an unflattering light - calling him Satan - the one who impregnated Eve (our primordial ape mother) with alien/reptilian seed, begetting Cain.
Racism take on a particularly creepy aura when seen through the prism of the Da Vinci Code - the holy blood, holy grail quest. Dan Brown explains it all for us: European royalty aren't merely entitled by their own hubris, but by their relation to some ancient bloodline - when they say "divine" right to rule, they actually mean it.
I can't help but wonder if dear Bardwell doesn't have Prison Planet and Sherry Shriner bookmarked on his computer? Maybe he's like an old Southern Baptist preacher, who prohibits dancing because it might lead to sex. Bardwell prohibits mixed-race marriage, because it might lead to human/alien hybridization - and we all know where that leads...
Which leads us straight away to the next big media story this week: Balloon Boy. Who happens to be a cute hybrid Anglo/Asian kid (Judge Bardwell would not approve) Who's dad (Richard Heene) is a follower of David Icke (trans-dimensional reptilian aliens and their secret agenda) who enacted (accidentally or deliberately) a symbolic "alien abduction" via mushroom/saucer shaped home-made balloon. Or maybe just a giant tinfoil chef's hat.
The Secret Sun wonders if Balloon Boy's dad isn't the new Wilhelm Reich, the orgone-powered cloudbuster and spiritual father of tinfoil hats. You'll note that Sherry Shriner has a link to orgonewarriors.com.
Balloons represent transcendence and spiritual enlightenment, as do mushrooms. Being engine-less, they also represent a certain amount of trust - the hope of fair winds and a good landing. A successful balloon flight is traditionally celebrated with a bottle of champagne, and the tradition has a charming beginning: the first balloonists would often land in the field of some Provençal farmer, who would take them for aliens or demons. They would offer a bottle of champagne as proof of their humanity/Frenchiness.
One bolder than the rest stabbed it with a pitchfork.
Richard Heene is also keen on the solar apocalypse theory that would take place in 2012.
We're running out of time, we're running out of time, the end of the world is coming.
This all comes back around to Star Trek (as all things do) and we recall that August Piccard was the name of a pioneering French balloonist. Captain Picard often found himself landing his "balloon" on some backwards little provincial planet, desiring to prove his good intentions to the "farmers". Perhaps he would offer a bottle of champagne, easy enough with his replicator technology. Or perhaps... a sample of DNA for the scientists and for the rest of us, he'd wear a discrete cross on his lapel.
A few days ago, Varen noticed that the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown, MA is a duplicate (twin) of a tower in Siena, Italia - the Torre del Mangia (Tower of the Eater). I'm writing this while I chow down on a lovely bowl of bow tie pasta...
P-town looms large in gay history, and also in Var's memory. He spent some pretty wonderful summers there, and he STILL talks about Spiritus Pizza as if it was some kind of holy ground. On the other side of the coin, I have personally been in Siena during the Palio (horse race: Read C Horses) and considering my love/hate relationship with Italy and the Church, it is an interesting conjunction of symbols.
Dev has been digging into the history of John Dee, the Harry Potter of Elizabethan England, and article no. 9 is about the Armada's (foiled) Spanish attack on England. The heraldic symbol of Spain is the twin towers of Heracles (read In the Shadow of Giants) loosely tied together by a scroll with the saying "Plus Ultra".
Tying and bow ties are bound together at Gosporn (read The Holy Tugboat), mostly due to Jesus saying "for my yoke is easy and my burden is light". Or in other words, "my joke is simple and my burden is enlightenment". Always yucking it up, that boy.
I was over visiting some A Gay friends (rarely invited, since I'm currently on the B, or, probably D list, but that's another story) and he's got a stunning dining room table held together with butterfly joints, making a classic bow tie.
I mention how the "bow tie" is a powerful symbol for me, and the host suddenly goes into this intense 10 minute monologue about the history of this table and how intertwined it is with his life and realized I was watching him doing a synchromystic channelling? *shaking head* Anyway.....
Back to those towers. They've been encrusted with considerable (and dubious?) symbolism over the years, however they were originally built not as mere symbolic obelisks, but as functional watch towers, so you could have a bit of warning if a neighboring city-state was coveting your grapes or maidens. Now, remember that faggots (eunuchs) are the traditional guardians of the royal household, and you will perhaps sense a tie-up.
Any gardener knows the curse of the dandelion - that spawn of hell. The dandelion is quick to reproduce, difficult to uproot, amazingly engineered, and even almost pretty - at least in its youth. It's also becoming somewhat of a mascot for me, an example of a survivor - come Monsanto or high water.
It all started with The Wizard of Oz. The Cowardly Lion steals the show with 'If I Were King of the Forest' - singing "I'm just a DANDY lion!" I played the gay lion in a high school performance, so I guess the writing was on the wall?
The dandelion is actually one of nature's more beneficial plants, every part is edible and even nutritious - even the stalk! Compared to the environmental disaster of the ornamental lawn (which got its start as a bourgeois aping of English manors) the dandelion is quite virtuous. The dandelion is related to spiritual seeking through the cover art for Peace is Every Step, by Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. The forward is unfortunately by H. H. the Dalai Lama, who is to Buddhism as the Pope is to Catholicism - in other words, extremely creepy and probably a CIA black-op.
Be that as it may, dandelions resonate lions, survivors, gayness, the spirit and good eating for me... and it reminds me of Jesus' story of the wheat and the tares. Today I came across this image of a god contemplating a dandelion. Will he spread his seed?
The word “dandelion” originated in France. The English translated the French word Dent de Lion to dandelion, which means “lion’s tooth.”
The dandelion’s official name is Taraxacum Officinale. This simply means ‘the official remedy for disorders.’ The whole plant is actually edible.
A weed is just a plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered says the late Ralph Waldo Emerson. To many people, a dandelion is a pesty weed that spoils the look of their lawns. Now we know that a dandelion isn’t a pest at all. Spread the word.
