The Reason for the Season

Winter Solstice - Full moon. 

Solar rebirth - Lunar at maximum power.

Sol/Jesus/Horus - Moon/Mary/Isis

Var and I got our eyes examined today. I made the appointment months ago, today was the clinic’s first opening available. As we drove there it occurred to me that having our eyes examined on the darkest day of the year was sort of… interesting. We were checked in by women wearing various Seahawk fanware. I thought to myself “Is today a Seahawk game day?” but I dared not ask, because if I did my lack of schedule knowledge would damn me as an infidel. As it turns out, no, today was not a Seahawk football game day, but that doesn’t stop the Horus resonating eye clinic staff from wearing totems in adoration of their god.

It occurs to me that today is also the day that Sirius is highest on the horizon. Sirius is associated with Isis in ancient mythology, so perhaps a kind of doubling of maternal creative energy going on tonight:

The rebirth of Horus.

The Bridge of the Gods

The other sync attractor in my personal universe is “Morning Star”. Because my bankruptcy was handled by a last minute substitute lawyer named Tom Morningstar. This all taking place at the Gateway Center in Bremerton. The bullet list:

• The economic concept of bankruptcy originated at the Ponte Veccio: when a money-changer could not pay his debts, the table on which he sold his wares (the "banco") was physically broken ("rotto") by soldiers, and this practice was called "bancorotto" (broken table).
• On Aug 4, 1944, the Germans did not destroy the Ponte Veccio on their retreat from Italy, allegedly by express order from Hitler.
• Sync logic suggests that “Hitler” will return over the same bridge he retreated on, the one bridge left standing.
• Bankruptcy is the event.
• The Morning Star is the sign.

On 9/9 I was at Kitsap Bank when the teller told me that the Hood Canal Bridge was “broken” and no vehicle traffic could cross. This is a big deal to Port Townsend, so economically dependent on that bridge. A curious broken bridge and bank sync.

This was also interesting because I was reading Captain America Operation Rebirth and the chapter I read the night before featured a heli-carrier that nearly crashes into Mt. Hood.

The Timberline Lodge at Oregon’s Mt. Hood being the exterior location of Stanley Kubrick’s Overlook Hotel in The Shining. The Overlook being a symbolic stand-in for the United States - much like Captain America.

I finish my business at the bank and then ride into town to check out the harbor at Point Hudson, and any new boats that have arrived. Yes indeed, a new boat named the MORNING STAR had just tied to the dock. And curiouser still, the Israeli Defense Force was on duty.

In another telling, Wy'east (Hood) battles Pahto (Adams) for the fair La-wa-la-clough (St. Helens). Or again Wy'east, the chief of the Multnomah tribe, competed with the chief of the Klickitat tribe. Their great anger led to their transformation into volcanoes. Their battle is said to have destroyed the Bridge of the Gods.

Do You Know What Time It Is?

If you look at Nazi conspiracy theory, you find that:

1. Nazis seek occult spiritual power.
2. Hitler didn't really die in the Bunker.
3. Hitler's will entered the tesseract.
4. The Hitler faithful clone him.
5. The Nazis go up against a tribunal and are executed, however a remnant live on.
6. They believe that one day, he will return.

If you look at Christian doctrine, you find that:

1. Christians seek the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. Jesus did not really die on the Cross.
3. Jesus went to heaven.
4. The Jesus faithful eat his flesh and drink his blood to "be like Jesus".
5. After the murder of Jesus, the faithful are persecuted, however a remnant live on.
6. They believe that one day, he will return.

Even today, you must pay respectful lip service to only two deities: Jesus and the Holocaust. It's thought crime not to.

This idea causes me alternating fits of giggles and terror. Hitler and Jesus are flip sides of the same coin - the same archetype. One is the ultimate good and the other is the ultimate evil. But in reality they are the same person, it just depends on how you look at Him.

Considering the current state of the world, I'm open to a third Messiah. They say three times the charm, maybe this time the archetype will finally get it right.
