In the Shadow of Giants

And I stood upon the sand of the sea... --Rev 13:1

This is the most ancient hand drawn porn from the 'sacred' archives. I was 19, a freshman at school. He's a muscular blonde with the Big Fella hanging out at the beach. My bronze god.

Driving back to Kirkland from Hood Canal (and a nice dinner of steamed clams) after the fourth, I crossed over the Narrows Bridge (twin bridges), which was the beginning of last year's Double H Ranch synch. I decided to get off the highway after 'crossing over' from the Olympic (hah!) Peninsula to Tacoma to find a viewpoint from which to ponder this remarkable construct. Unfortunately, no easy turnoff was to be had, and I found myself on the road to Pt. Defiance Park, which I hadn't visited since college, so I decided to continue on. The park includes a marina down at the shore, and I drove down to have lunch and stretch my legs. I walked and walked, down the rows of yachts, until I found a large sailing catamaran tied to an end pier - the Helios.

Helios is the God of the sun, the Greek equivalent of the Egyptian Ra. Helios was the God worshipped in the island kingdom of Rhodes, which built an enormous bronze monument to him in 292 BC after being saved from a Greek invasion - the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. The giant stood 33m tall, lifted a torch in the air, and was crowned with the rays of the sun.
To you, o Sun, the people of Dorian Rhodes set up this bronze statue reaching to Olympus, when they had pacified the waves of war and crowned their city with the spoils taken from the enemy. Not only over the seas but also on land did they kindle the lovely torch of freedom and independence. For to the descendants of Herakles belongs dominion over sea and land.

The similarity to the Colossus of Manhattan is obvious, especially to her modern makers, who strove to echo the giant in Rhodes, though veiling him/her in Isis drag. Seeing the Colossus unveiled, I see two pillars (and a third), the mighty legs of Helios planted in the sea, which reminds me of the Narrows Bridge, and the mighty H.
Herakles has some pillars of his own: the Pillars of Hercules in Gibraltar, source of many a synch over the past year, most revolving around the lost Madeleine.

The Pillars of Hercules was the phrase that was applied in Antiquity to the promontories that flank the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar. The northern Pillar is the Rock of Gibraltar. A corresponding North African peak not being predominant, the identity of the southern Pillar has been disputed through history, with the two most likely candidates being Monte Hacho in Ceuta and Jebel Musa in Morocco.

"the pillars which Pindar calls the 'gates of Gades' when he asserts that they are the farthermost limits reached by Heracles." According to Plato's account, the lost realm of Atlantis was situated beyond the Pillars of Hercules.
The pillars as portals (stargates), to Atlantis, the Golden Age. Legend has Hercules and Atlas as rulers of Atlantis, from which I infer that the southern pillar represents Atlas. Two pair of pillars/legs standing in the sea - the double H.

In my lifetime, I've spent most of my vacation money pursuing the sun on some sandy tropical beach, as do millions. Seems to be instinctual for humans to haul ourselves out on the shore like a sunning seal colony.

The Gibraltar promontory is made of limestone, which is made of calcite crystals - the exoskeletons of countless hard shell marine organisms, ground into chalk. It seems that the legs of Hercules are made of seafood! Which brings me around to another mythical creature, Melusine, the siren, or bifurcated mermaid - the Merovingian Maiden. Thanks to Anadae for the reference.

Melusine agreed to become the wife of a mortal, which the bifurcated tail implies, thus circumventing "the mermaid problem". 'The Little Mermaid' is the Disney version of the Melusine tail, and given my love of fish and chips, the archetype seems to runs deep.
Hood Canal was famous for its Dungeness crabs before it became the Dead Sea, and my mother adopted the crab as her symbol of the beach, she has at least six crab glyphs at the cabin. The bounty was astounding (only male crabs are taken). Crabs resonate the octagon, and here is Cancer, from the ceiling of that old Mythraic cave - Grand Central Station.

Starbucks Coffee of Seattle is the current Melusine standard bearer, and Cancer like, it has slowly grown itself into every city of the world. I ponder why Melusine and "shade grown" coffee are now indelibly intertwined.

Back to the catamaran named Helios: a catamaran is a twin hulled vessel, planting two "legs" in the sea, powered by the sun (wind, the result of solar warmth).
Reminding me of our modern Atlas/Hercules - powered by the sun.

And this is where it gets kind of weird, because I was doing a bit of hotel research today, looking up where I had stayed in Santa Margherita, Italy, way back in the day as a designer visiting the Genoa Boat Show. Margherita means daisy, a heliotropic flower and near perfect glyph for the sun. I won't go down the daisy synch chain today, but it looks to be highly promising.

The list of hotels in Santa Margherita includes the Hotel Helios - HH. Aferrismoon has another hotel sync today.

Kirkland (Sunnydale North) is having a little festival this weekend - "Kirkland Uncorked" - a snooty wine tasting event, AKA a Bacchanal. It's an open air festival on the beach, and what should be tied to the end pier, but a big Sunseeker yacht.

A Bridge Falls in Brooklyn

Slide 1 of 11 from the NYT

After reading enough Matthew Delooze, you begin to view the installation of new public art works with considerable suspicion. His recent article: A Little Bird Told Me... the Eagle Has Landed recounts some interesting esoteric symbolism circulating around the erection of various new public art works, sponsored by the BBC. The two he pointed out ('Breathing' near All Soul's Church in London, and 'Roman Standard' near The Oratory in Liverpool) are placed adjacent to much older monuments, and are installed with great public ritual and solemnity, which draws attention to the old monuments as well as the new ones - symbolic monumental “recharging” ceremonies.

These old temples seem more like batteries every day. They even run down and need recharging! By placing the new monumental art next to the old ones, the “respect” energy is refreshed, and the old gods eat well again. See R E S P E C T and F.A.B. for previous musings.

Allow me to give you a gospornographic illustration:

Temple of Worship

When I was a horny and sexually frustrated teenager, I’d make home made porn - drawings to stroke by. These little masterpieces (my “sex gods”) were given all the passion and respect a 14 year old boy could muster, which is quite a lot. But eventually the effect wears off, and the drawing would lose its power to excite me (for some reason holding the drawing upside down was able to “recharge” it for a few more good wanks) and I’d soon draw another one. The drawings would furtively collect under my bed, a sort of “museum” of Michael’s old “gods”. Lot’s of teen spunk and lots of worship energy in that little pile.

Multiply that energy by many billions for the grandest of public monuments, and we see why they might want a little refresher now and again.

Last week, (June 26) saw some major icon refurbishment in New York City:

‘Waterfalls’ Display Opens on Harbor

“New York City Waterfalls,” Olafur Eliasson’s $15.5 million quartet of temporary cascades dotting the New York Harbor, formally opened on Thursday morning with a ceremony at South Street Seaport and a publicity blitz by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, who criss-crossed four morning television programs to tout the installation.

Flanked by Mr. Eliasson, the mayor said at the opening ceremony — which began around 10:30 a.m., a half hour late — that the “Waterfalls” were a “symbol of the energy and vitality that we have been bringing back to our waterfront in all five boroughs.” --Sewell Chan, NYT

The most dramatic of the four is the one beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, which happens to be one of the city’s most powerful symbolic stargates! The cascade draws our attention (respect) back to the old bridge, and we’re able to see it in a new way, sort of like holding it upside down. The bridge is being “recharged”.

Interestingly, the word “energy” appears no less than 46 times in this article and the comments below. The companion piece in the Art & Design section is entitled Cascades Sing the City Energetic, conjuring Whitman’s “body electric”. Indeed.

“The New York City Waterfalls” is also one of the largest works of art, public or otherwise, of our modern era. (Let’s not get in a shouting match with ancient civilizations, where autocratic rule made all sorts of things possible.) --Roberta Smith, NYT

Droll Roberta, very droll.

Drawing Breath

I've fallen in love with these drawings by Angel de Castro. It's as if young Leonardo Da Vinci took notes during his 'Summer of Love' tour through California, and between orgasms, he got the Laguna Beach boys to pose for his sketch book.

"Castro" is from the verb "castrar" - to castrate. Which makes perfect sense, considering it is the San Francisco neighborhood of born again eunuchs.

A Bee at Sea

This is an illustration I did for Rhisiart, an online friend of mine until 2004. We shared a common interest in multihull sailboats, Oceanic culture, politics and environmental issues, etc. Rhisiart and I decided to enter a short story contest - he'd write, and I'd illustrate. The story would be a distillation of ideas from the novel he was working on - a post apocalyptic tale of how life might be after the Great War - if things turned out well. It was a vision of a semi-nomadic tribal culture who had returned to the old shamanic traditions of ancient Albion, and it also involved bee-keeping and sailing boats and mysterious silent, black triangular flying craft of immense size.

As it so happened, I was going through my own "awakening" at this time, and so we shared many an insight, mostly revolving around mushrooms and Robert Anton Wilson type things. And then in early 2004 I told him that Prince William was the anti-christ, and I never heard from him again.

In hindsight, I understand. You can't say something like that without betraying an underlying belief system. But since then, I've come to think that the last thing anyone wants to hear is that an archetype can be personified. As in touchy-feely flesh and blood. That Satan is more than an idea, but might be an idea that desires 3-D physical expression - an idea who is a person. Just like God is personified in Jesus, and you and I are personified in you and I. We have over six billion personified ideas walking around on the planet right now, and that's only including the human ones.

God is a person. Someone who has feelings too.

The Twin Towers

Since the destruction of the twin towers in 2001, I've become interested in the symbolism surrounding twins, and since we're now in Gemini, I may as well blog about it. As a card-carrying queer, I can't help but notice that towers and pillars are essentially phallic monuments. Men are the builders of skyscrapers, and men build them because they represent pride - a subliminal "fuck you" to their rivals. "My tower is bigger than yours" is a classic competition both in and out of the locker room. As usual, it all revolves around dick - and size DOES matter. Symbolically, twin towers = twin cocks.

Speaking of Two Towers, the Landover Baptist Church had this review of the movie:

Christian Moviegoers Beware! The Two Towers is Homo Slang For Erect Hobbit Penises

...The Two Towers are giant structures built to glorify and honor the aroused genitalia of two of the most powerful evil beings in the movie. The imagery is kept discrete only by the merciful fact that both creatures are uncircumcised – otherwise the shape of two enormous, throbbing purple penis heads would have been staring every moviegoer in the face! The citizens of Middle Earth pick which penis they like best and head toward it. The Two Towers are merely there to show what the macabre genitalia of each Dark Lord looks like from great distances. And as anyone who has been in a men's locker room can attest, it is only the dark ones you can see from clear across the room.

So, I'm not the only one who sees it. :-)

Twins are always showing up in ancient myths: Castor and Pollux, Romulus and Remus, The Sumerian twins Enki and Enlil, the twin Polynesian gods Kanaloa and Lono and many more, even Jesus was rumored to have a twin: Thomas (though I have to chuckle at the idea of the three Magi showing up with gifts for the new born Messiah, and poor Thomas, shoved away in a back stable or something).

The bible has more twins than a Doublemint gum commercial. Twin trees in the Garden of Eden, twin cherubs covering the Ark of the Testament, twin columns of Solomon's temple, two beasts and two witnesses in John's Revelation.

Some say that the twin of Jesus is Satan (or Lucifer, as he was called before his fall from heaven), two brothers who were made to war over the earth, which would echo the Sumerian myth, and also bring about a nice symmetry to our experience of good and evil, yin and yang. Most mystery religions have Enki playing the role of the good, rebellious brother, while Jewish and Christian traditions hold the rebel angel to be the wicked one.

Enki is the bringer of wisdom and knowledge (not to mention music, writing, magick, science, alchemy, metallurgy, medicine, agriculture and money), as well as being the "cornerstone" of every great civilization. You won't find many people dissing Enki or his son 'progress', though the book of Enoch says that every advance in science and knowledge is due to the influence of rebellious Watchers (Prometheus stealing fire from the Gods), and seeing how every advance has brought even greater "knowledge" of evil, I don't doubt it.

For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. --1 John 2:16

There were two trees in the Garden of Eden and the one that Eve "ate" of was the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, or TKGE. It's a very great tree - all civilization and human achievement is built upon it. Think "black monolith" in Stanley Kubrick's '2001: A Space Odyssey'. It's also the tree associated with the serpent, Lucifer, Satan, Enki.

The other tree in the garden was the Tree of Life, and it gives immortality. The fruit of THAT tree has been sought as diligently as the other. Mankind has long feasted on the occasionally sweet, often bitter fruit of the TKGE, but that other tree, it has eluded us completely.

In the gay fantasy opus 'Transform' (see Brothers In Arms), when guys are "transformed", they grow two huge perfect cocks, that are able to twine around each other like snakes! Uh oh... snakes, trees, the garden. The only explanation offered is that they've become too masculine for just one cock, so they grow another. Hmmm.

Another insight is from the erotic story 'Pollination', by Absman420. When a father and son are "transformed" into their ideal sexual selves, they appear almost like twins - 19 year old muscle studs - the only difference being in the eyes (the windows of the soul). This makes sense to me... the purpose of children is to "clone" the genes of the father into the son. The reason sons aren't perfect copies of the father is because of two factors; the mother's genes and the passage of time. A true 'Son of God', created perfectly and immortal, would indeed appear perfect and identical to the Father - a chip, or fractal, off the old block!

From an interview of homoerotic cartoonist Josman:

A lot of your stories are dealing with sexual father and son relations. Where did this idea come from?

Josman: Well, I'm fascinated and turned on by incest. I realise that some people may be disgusted by that, but I think the fact that it's such a taboo is probably what pushes my buttons. My biggest turn on though, has to be twins - I mean, come on, who wouldn't like to watch a pair of gorgeous twins getting it on with each other and then joining in for a threesome? That's my idea of homo heaven! Alas, I haven't experienced twins, brothers or father/sons yet, but I live in hope...

So do I Jos, so do I.

Interestingly the root word "homo" can also mean "twin", and in some Native American cultures gay men were known as "twin spirits".

The Caduceus, an ancient symbol associated with the Greek god Hermes (AKA Mercury, The Flash, and Johnny Storm of the Fantastic 4). Note the twin serpents coiling around a winged staff. The caduceus is also symbol of my college fraternity, and I can assure you that there were more than a few trouser snakes rubbing and coiling around each other in the house.

So... what to make of all that, or at least, some of that? If God is perfection, and his preferred state of being is erotic ecstasy, than are twins - two beings of perfect, transcendent and incandescent sexual glory - some kind of erotic ideal? Do twin beings embody the "idea" of sex; giving and receiving, dominating and submitting -- pleasure begetting pleasure, ecstasy begetting ecstasy, in the ultimate cosmic feedback loop?

Maybe the Creator twins himself, because the only thing hotter than himself is TWO of him.

Sex is good, sex is fun, sex is best when it's one on one.

ADDED 6/16

Before the Twin Towers in NYC were destroyed, another pair were built in the East - the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Erected in 1998, these towers were briefly the tallest buildings in the world.

From the Wikipedia entry:

These towers, which were designed by Dawid Tadeusz Mauno, a very talented Norwegian architect who received his inspiration under a spiritual journey...

In an unusual move, a different construction company was hired for each of the towers, and they were made to compete against each other. Eventually the builders of Tower 2, Samsung Constructions (the Construction Division of Samsung Corporation), Kukdong Engineering & Construction (both of South Korea), won the race, despite starting a month behind Tower 1, built by Hazama Corporation.

Like Enki and Enlil, these twins were made to 'war' against each other, and like so many mythic archetypes, it was the younger brother who triumphed. The angels can also be thought of as the 'elder brothers' of mankind.

The Second Adam

For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. --1 Corinthians 15:22

Jesus is called lots of things in bible, and one of them is "the second Adam". He is the one who transcends the mortal nature of the first Adam. Adam - the primary - gets blamed for a lot of crap, and yea, he did actually eat the forbidden fruit of his own "free will", but it had to be a set up. Why the hell was Satan even snaking around in the garden? Did he sneak in under God's nose? I doubt it.

Near the end of AKA's homoerotic muscle opus Transform (see also Brothers In Arms), a new character makes his entrance. His name is Adam, and he's a "test tube baby" - being the cloned result of two Transformed (perfected) men - no women involved. Remember that... no women. He's quite a precocious youngster, growing to maturity in just three days - an icon of male sexual power and beauty that surpasses even the Transformed men. Adam becomes Transform - personified.

The intensely beautiful man smiled. Carlos felt like falling to his knees in worship.

"Adam?"

He bowed his head slightly and his smile grew incandescent. "In the flesh".

Adam's face was etched with knowledge and wisdom. "I am Transform. I am all men. I am with you, and of you, and for you. I am the instrument of change, the agent of perfection."

Huh... the Transformed Adam sound a lot like this guy:

Jesus said, "When you see one who was not born of woman, fall on your faces and worship. That one is your Father." --The Gospel of Thomas

Meat Men

This sketch is well loved, as you can tell by the wrinkles. Three (or more) overtly muscular and hung dudes, a hot, steamy, male only atmosphere, in a situation pregnant with erotic possibilities. All the guys are devouring the big stud in the foreground with their eyes, and he knows it. I do too. I look at his big meat, his tube steak, and I know I want it. I just do.

Hidden Treasure

We're deep into another week of sub-freezing temperatures here in the great white north, so thoughts naturally turn to milder climates - sandy beaches, palm trees, smooth, bare-chested Latinos cruising the dusty cobblestone streets of old colonial cities, big brown eyes searching for the kind of love their Catholic society won't officially condone, even while the priests eat forbidden fruit in secret.

Object of Worship

I wonder, what is a penis?

It's a part of the genitals. Genesis. In the beginning. The generation of new life. The power to create life, to impregnate, to generate. Isn't the power to create the province of God - the Most High God? Didn't he create the universe? If he did, how did he do it?

If man is made in the image of God, then we have a big clue sitting right between our legs. A man creates with his penis. Does God, who created man in his image, also create with his penis? And is it his seed that is the vehicle of creation? Just like a man?

I wonder why there are happily married men who nevertheless visit cruisy parks and public toilets, just to suck cock? The mild-mannered accountant will happily suck the cum right out of you, and thank you for the privilege.

Why do characters in gay porn, when they first lay eyes on a dude's big dick, always exclaim "God!", or "Jesus!" Why is this most carnal piece of flesh such an object of worship?

Why are some men compelled to "exhibit" their cocks to strangers? What is so fucking cool about our dicks that we want others to see them? What are we "witnessing" about?

Why do Jews ritually circumcise their dicks? Why do they symbolically castrate themselves?

Maybe because our cocks are the one body part made most in the image of God?

Brothers In Arms

I've been mulling over how similar Star Trek's Borg are to AKA's Transformed, and how they may be related to "Joel's army". Wha...?

The Borg

I watched Star Trek: First Contact from Blockbuster last night. It showcases the Borg in all their evil glory. The Borg are Star Trek's ultimate villain - an implacable, intelligent and nearly unstoppable force. They're assured of their own righteousness - and only wish to spread the gift of Borg assimilation to the whole galaxy.

Last year I had a hunch and I googled for "borg cube heaven" and I found The Borg of Heaven. It details how the immense Borg cube is modeled after the description of heaven given to John:

And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. --Rev. 21:15-16

The author reveals plenty of other uncanny similarities between the Borg and the heavenly host. I'm thinking - maybe not a coincidence? A little more googling and I found out that Gene Roddenberry, the creator of Star Trek and the Borg, was into the occult. He circulated within the same California sci-fi/military industrial complex stream as L. Ron Hubbard, founder of Hollywood's weirdest religion.

For whatever reason, Gene has cast the Kingdom of God as the invading Borg.

The Bible

Jehovah and his "Chosen People" of the bible - the Israelites - are a ruthless, invading horde. After coming out of Egypt, they invade Canaan and make the promised land their own. Maybe the Borg aren't so far off in their characterization - or maybe we don't know the backstory.

In the Book of Joel, there's a prophetic description of a future (latter days) army of the Lord:

They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. --Joel 2:7-8

The Borg march like no other army. They walk side by side, "every one in his path", and they never "break their ranks". They have an invincible force field that constantly learns and adopts from every weapon sent against them. Though weapons fall upon them, "they shall not be wounded".

The Transformed

Transform is a collection of erotic muscle growth stories that organically grew into a novel. The author, AKA (Also Known As), takes muscle growth erotic fiction "where no man has gone before". It took me a month of reading (and stroking) to work my way through the whole thing, but when I was finished, it was like a light went on.

AKA describes the results of a secret government project to create the ultimate soldier. The scientists create a serum that hypes up all the masculine sexual characteristics to a level approaching perfection. Anyone injected becomes immensely muscular and powerful, grows a huge dick and a libido in proportion. They also gain the ability to pass this power on to others. The power of Transform becomes stronger than the military's ability to control it. It's a long and involved story, but as I was reading, I realized how similar the Transformed are to the Borg!

  • Both are immensely strong, individually and more so, together.
  • Both have great abs.
  • Both are male. (At least as originally visualized by Roddenberry. Later incarnations show female Borg).
  • Both are practically invulnerable to weapons.
  • Both have alien "seed" swimming in their veins - the Borg call it nanoprobes, the Transformed men call it "Transform". It is the vehicle of their power.
  • Both seek to make other men into their image. They use their "seed" to infect other men, and when infected, they are "Assimilated", or "Transformed".
  • Both Borg and the Transformed feed off the new "recruits" - the Borg gain new technology, the Transformed gain new powers or heightened erotic potential.
  • Both do not kill. They only Assimilate or Transform, and kill only in self-defense.
  • Both have a zero recidivism rate. Once Transformed/Assimilated, you never look back.
  • Both are connected telepathically. They know each other's thoughts and can instantly call upon the collective knowledge (and eroticism) of the whole
  • Both are reviled by the "powers that be". The Borg are resisted by the Federation, the Transformed by the U.S. military.

What if these three mythic stories are all describing the same event, but from different points of view?

Making the Male Female

Jorge Grossao at Nifty is one of my favorite authors/characters. Grossao (Portuguese for "huge and thick") is a horse hung black Brazilian who really gets around. Ipanema lifeguard, soccer star, porn star, the toast of Europe, his big cock opens a lot of doors - Not bad for a boy from a Rio de Janeiro favela.

One story line has Grossao running an exclusive soccer camp for teenage boys that doubles as an even more exclusive boy brothel. Though Jorge is the "daddy", it's the boys who do the seducing, driven crazy with lust at the sight of his monster trouser snake. Grossao fucks everyone; the teenage boys, their hunky fathers, visiting English soccer stars; he makes them all into his grateful whores. Grossao loves nothing more than a male ass. He goes on rapturously and devoutly about "the male cunt"; a man's fuck hole; his pussy. You can tell that for him, fucking a man is a religious experience.

It's interesting to me how a man can be all male and yet his ass be all female; a total slut in heat. The biology that makes this possible, and oh so pleasurable, is something I marvel at. Asses are plainly designed for fucking - perfect little holes of pleasure - a hollow shaft made for a solid one.

Genesis 1:27 says: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

A basic attribute of God is his maleness and femaleness. Here we are at the beginning of the bible, and it's saying, "before we get into all the other attributes of God like alpha and omega, etc., lets start with the basic plumbing." So God is fundamentally a shaft within a tube? A screw in a nut? A piston within a cylinder? Apparently. And then he thought, "how cool would it be to make my basic architecture a totally ecstatic, hot and sexy thing?"

I gotta admit, I like the way he thinks...

I always wondered how God the Father - the male God - can make human beings male and female, and both be made in his image, but thinking about Grossao and his worship of male cunts, and how all the angels are male, and how Paul said that we will be like the angels, it's beginning to make some sense.

Another clue in the Gospel of Thomas:

when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female... then you will enter the (Father's) domain.

Wouldn't it just be hilarious if the true "Devine Feminine" was found inside a man's butthole?

Sep 29, 2006

God's Gym

I have a recurring sexual fantasy about a gym somewhere that's filled with nothing but hung muscle studs who spend all day and all night fucking and working out. That's my simple idea of heaven. What if that really IS heaven?

All Angels are Male

Every single angel ever mentioned in the bible is male. From fallen Lucifer to the Archangel Michael, all of them are boys. Angels live in heaven. All angels are male. Males have cocks and sperm, that's what makes them male. What do male angels DO in heaven? WHY are they male?

And for this reason I give men wives; so that they might sow seed in them, and so that children might be born by them, so that deeds might be done on the Earth. But you, formerly, were spiritual, living an eternal, immortal life, for all the generations of the world. For this reason I did not arrange wives for you; because the dwelling of the spiritual ones is in Heaven. --The Book of Enoch: 15:5-7

This passage is one where God reprimands the "Watchers" - angels who, before the deluge, took human form, and who married mortal women in order to have children. Basically, God is saying that women are His invention for a mortal world - a world where procreation is needed for the continuation of the species, but in heaven, where beings are immortal, there is no need for procreation, so no women.

What the fuck?

People who think about this sort of thing make the logical assumption that angels must be asexual, because all sex is for procreation, right? Umm... maybe not. Angels are male, and so is God the Father. If angels (and God) were asexual, they'd be neuter. There is no reason for sexual terms unless sex is present. The maleness of God and of the angels is always very apparent in the biblical narrative. The importance of the seed of the Father is a theme that can't be ignored - or at least I can't ignore it. God's a stud - the Bull of Bulls.

The "Watchers" of Enoch had one other attribute: 'privies like unto horses'. Horse hung studs! What does a big cock symbolize? Power. Productive sexual power - the ultimate power of a man. The Power of a male God is the power of his phallus. The Most High God has the biggest dick, and the right to procreate. All the other angels are less than Him. It sounds like a herd of sheep - the strongest ram has the right to impregnate the entire herd. Primal, eh?

Maybe the disobedient angels in the Book of Enoch descended from heaven with huge cocks, because it symbolized their desire for creative power, to be as God. Angels, being immortal, do not reproduce, and maybe they felt slighted that God would create beings (man) so far beneath them, yet with a power that even they - the "Sons of God", didn't possess. So they took it upon themselves to descend onto earth, to forsake their spiritual form for flesh, and to beget children. The history of these angels and what became of their children is the main subject of the Book of Enoch.

Of all the primates, Homo Sapiens have by far the hugest dicks. Way bigger than gorillas, even. If men are super hung compared to other primates, then maybe it makes sense that angels are super hung compared to men. And maybe these angels, when they keep to their proper places in heaven, when they don't defile themselves with women, are busy worshipping the Cock of Cocks, and they appreciate the big dicks God gave them, and share the joy between each other, in the Gym of Heaven.

King of the Locker Room

A small town 12 year old boy with an "unnatural" interest in big muscle men didn’t have many options open to him in 1972. I could send away for mail order bodybuilding courses from the back of Popular Mechanics, but I never found any bodybuilding magazines at the local grocery stores - not that I would’ve had the courage to buy one anyway. The occasional Hercules movie would show up on afternoon TV, and there were always comic book super heroes. I began collecting them and eventually, started drawing my own.

My heroes were always buck naked and massively developed - in every way. Drawing them with enormous cocks just seemed right to me, like this is what a man SHOULD look like! All the lines of his body; the bulging pecs and arms, the flaring lats and thighs, the corrugated abs, they all naturally lead my eye to his crowning glory. I'd make a drawing and just look at him, eyes glazed over in a fog of lust, frigging away at my own hard-on. I’d stash the hand made porn under my bed and use it until eventually and inevitably, I'd want to draw another one. Over time the porn collection would gradually build up, and then in a fit of guilt I'd throw them all away. A week or two of abstinence, and I’d start drawing again. Fortunately some drawings survived, though only the ones made after I moved away from home at 18. This one's typical; a big guy hanging out in the locker room, obviously happy as hell to be hung like a fence post.
